RECEPTION PACKAGE INFORMATION

Wedding receptions of 45 or less people are booked inside Quark's Bar and Restaurant. Receptions of 46+ people are booked in the Captain's Lounge. When booking your reception with us, parties of 45 or less people you will be given the option of either Quark's Bar (non-smoking) or the Federation Circle side (non-smoking).

The standard table set up includes a “sweetheart” table for the Bride and Groom, a cake table (if applicable), a gift/guest book table (at your request) and decorative candles on all tables. Floral centerpieces are available at an additional charge.

Children under 21 are permitted inside Quark’s Bar as long as they do not approach the bar for any reason.

The standard linen colors are gold tablecloths with red linen napkins on the Quark’s Bar side of the restaurant and black tablecloths with blue linen napkins on the Federation Circle side of the restaurant. Either choice is available for the Captain’s Lounge. Custom linen colors are available at an additional cost.

The linen package includes decorative candles on all tables, the cake table and the gift table. Floral centerpieces are available at an additional cost.

You may bring your own table favors, toasting glasses, guest book and cake set if you so desire. Our staff will be happy to set everything up for you at no additional cost.

As a standard practice, the champagne toast is served with the wedding cake. Please let us know in advance if you would like it served at another specified time.

A Children’s Menu is available for children 12 years old and younger. We must know about children in advance, so please report this information with your final headcounts.

The Vegetarian Menu includes choice of Pasta Primavera (pasta tossed with fresh vegetables in a garlic aioli) or The Vulcan Veggie Platter (grilled seasonal vegetables with Yukon Gold herbed mashed potatoes). The Vegetarian options are included on all menus at the same per person price and must be confirmed with your final headcount.

Vegan or Kosher options are available on request only and must be ordered a minimum fourteen (14) days in advance of the reception date. We are unable to fulfill requests on site.

We do not allow balloons, rose petals on the floor, rice or bubbles of any kind.

We do not allow outside food or beverage of any kind. If there is special Champagne or liquor that you would like served at your reception, please let us know.

We offer a complete list of wedding cakes. Cakes from other bakeries are not permitted.

All wedding cakes come with the Star Trek logo on them. We can also assist in customizing your wedding cake at your request.
